Online Ticket Purchasing Instructions
Online ticketing is a fast way of getting your movie ticket and not have to worry about sold out shows.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express
IMPORTANT!
If your browser security updates are not current you may experience problems using our secure website. If
you receive a security certificate update, try a different browser or update your browsers security settings with
the latest Windows Update.
To purchase:
Select the show you want to purchase and the date.
To move to the ticketing page, select the show time you want to purchase.
On this page you will enter how many tickets you want.
You will then be asked to enter your name and credit card information. Don't forget to enter your CVC code.
If you fail to enter your CVC code or you enter it incorrectly, your card may be temporarily charged for the purchase even though the transaction will be declined. Depending on the financial institution, temporary charges will usually be removed from your account within 48 hours.
Do NOT click "purchase tickets" twice or you will likely be double charged.
If you encounter an "unknown error", do not go back and hit "purchase tickets" a second time.
Instead we recommend that you wait about 10 minutes and check your email (also your spam box). If you get an e mail confirmation, they your purchase has already taken place. If you do not get an e mail confirmation then go back and try a second time.
You must bring your confirmation number or the credit card you purchased the tickets with to access your purchase. Tickets are not filed under your name. If you credit card is reissued with a new number it will not work to access your tickets.
